About
Built for the daily reality of school transport.
HaereHub exists because school transport is often managed through paper bus lists, spreadsheets, phone calls, memory, and quick messages at the busiest parts of the day. That can work for a while, but it becomes hard to keep everyone aligned when plans change.
The product was built to give New Zealand schools a clearer operating picture for To School and From School journeys: who is expected to ride, which route and stop they use, what has changed today, and what drivers, caregivers, and school staff need to know.
It reflects practical school transport contexts, including small and rural routes, relief drivers, caregiver changes, Gate Pickup, and the need for useful records after a run. It does not control physical road safety outcomes or replace the judgement of the people running transport each day.
HaereHub is a real product in pilot-stage onboarding. Schools start through a conversation and guided setup, then use invite-based access for school admins, drivers, and linked caregivers. The focus is practical daily operations, not broad promises or unsupported fleet features.
